This room has both sliding doors and opening windows for natural ventilation. The windows are located at a height which enables people of shorter stature or wheelchair users to easily open them.
Through the use of glazing this house provides good levels of natural lighting, heating and ventilation. Note that the top windows are of a tilt and turn design, maximising their utility for natural ventilation.
