Frosting been used to prevent users from accidentally running through the panes. The frosting doubles as artwork.
The use of frosting on the majority of the glass panels ensures users will not accidentally run into them.
A strip of patterned or solid colour can be an effective way of highlighting the presence of glass. The strip should be at least 100mm in width and run horizontally along the glass at a height of 1000mm above ground level. In this instance the use of a brighter colour would have been more effective.
